The restaurant-pizzeria is situated in the centre of Canazei, a short distance from the main square. The restaurant is run by Claudio, of Romagna origin, now adopted by Fassano.
You can choose to sit on the large and sunny terrace, open only in the summer months, or inside, in the room furnished in typical mountain style and embellished with works of art by local sculptor Andrea Soraperra. Craving pizza? Let yourself be tempted by one of their classics, white or special, including the "Squirrel" (mozzarella fior di latte, porcini mushrooms, onion and sausage from the Ami Carpano Butcher Shop in Canazei). Curious to try the local cuisine? Starters, first and second courses pay homage to Ladin traditions and then go to canederli, tagliatelle with deer ragout, barley soup, cold cuts of cured meats and cheeses, goulash with polenta. Short lunch break? In the menu you can also find salads, burgers and other quick dishes.
