We don't accept reservations, so if you want to enjoy one of the best pizzas in the area, you'll need to arrive early. The restaurant is simple, furnished in typical mountain style, with a wooden ceiling reminiscent of that of an alpine hut. From the menu, on a placemat, you can choose classic, white pizzas, focaccia, trousers, salads, hot sandwiches, cold cuts and cheeses. Our favorite? The "Salin" with potatoes, smoked bacon and porcini mushrooms. To finish, strudel, ice cream with hot raspberries and whipped cream, white/black truffle, Catalan cream and cooked cream.
