In the centre of Canazei, Rita Stube, an à la carte restaurant attached to the Hotel Rita, welcomes guests with the scents and flavours of the area.

The culinary proposal, in fact, focuses on the dishes of the Ladin-Fassan tradition in the first place, and then extends to the most renowned Italian one. The menu, from appetizer to dessert, expresses accuracy in the choice of raw materials and their combinations rich in taste. Among the proposals to be reported, cod fillet and salmon trout salad, with regard to fish, black angus cut and veal cheek braised with Lagrein wine, for meat, mushroom noodles and crispy speck, among the first, and apple carbonara among desserts. Rita Stube is undoubtedly the ideal place to taste typical local products paired with excellent Trentino wines to be chosen directly in the "Cevena del Vin" (wine cellar). The restaurant, accessible to disabled people, is open in winter and summer (when small dogs are accepted only on the terrace).
