The restaurant, inside the Hotel Salvan, is a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village and the departure of the Col Rodella cable car. The environment is elegant, furnished in typical mountain style. The kitchen takes care of every aspect, from the selection of raw materials to the genuine taste of the dishes, to the plating. Accompanying it all is a well-stocked list of local wines. Thursdays are dedicated to the Ladin dinner to savour the food of the past, in an atmosphere of tradition and folk music. On Sundays, an excellent aperitif of the house is the beginning of an unforgettable candlelit gala evening. The specialty of the restaurant? Fondue Chinoise, the dish of sharing that involves cooking beef fillet in broth, accompanied by sauces and side dishes.
