The restaurant, inside the Hotel Europa in Pera, is bright, furnished with a simple and sober style. In the kitchen there is a strict rule: use seasonal ingredients, as much of the territory as possible, to create dishes and recipes that reflect mountain traditions. The same attention is also paid to the preparation of dishes for celiacs, vegetarians or children. The large and sunny garden invites you to sip a good aperitif, overlooking Cima Eleven and Cima Twelve, before sitting down at the table.
Given the annual opening, there are also those who decide to stop often for lunch or dinner. On the other hand, there are always new delicacies to taste!
