The Lusia Refuge is the meeting point between the Fassa and Fiemme valleys, a place that, over time and still today, is a crossroads of cultures and experiences.
It is a convenient refreshment point, on the southern side of the Alpe Lusia, with indoor rooms and panoramic outdoor spaces, where you can stop for lunch or sip an aperitif, watching the spectacle of the Dolomites. It is also perfect for sleeping at high altitude, with 18 beds, distributed in 7 rooms, each equipped with bathrooms. The property is steeped in history and culture and has been offering refreshment to hikers, skiers and anyone in need of warm and hospitable shelter for over a century.
The new management of Herman, Fassano Doc, and Simona, sommellier from Marche, has brought a breath of freshness that translates into a warm welcome, plastic free and tasty news: try the aperitif "Punto d 'Incontro", where the flavours of Trentino and Marche meet, offering you the chance to enjoy a really delicious snack. You can choose to enjoy a Gewürztraminer Doc, delighting yourself with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, while being enchanted by the scenery of the Lagorai. Or stay for dinner, ordering a typical dish from the house menu, which gives space to local products and tells, through a journey of flavours, the tradition and long history of the refuge.
