The enchanting and verdant town is perfect for a stop to refresh yourself with genuine dishes that give completeness to the knowledge of the area. In the inner room of the refuge - built in 2007 after the restoration of an old barn - or at the outdoor tables, you can enjoy some Ladin specialties such as canederli with wild spinach and melted butter, noodles with mushrooms, polenta with stew and cheese, sausages with cabbage, salads or cooked vegetables. Try the desserts, especially the blueberry tart and the Linzer cake. Vegetarians and celiacs also find tasty dishes at the Dona refuge, as well as those who want to enjoy a hot sandwich with a glass of Trentino or national wine.
