A typical wooden hut, built in the seventies on the Buffaure plateau at 2050 meters, which offers a first-rate view of the Monzoni and Vallaccia.

The location of the hut is really strategic. In fact, it is easily accessible both in summer and winter, by skiers and non-skiers. Go up from Pozza with the cable car and then go down the slope and reach the cabin in a few minutes. The large terrace overlooks a grassy basin, where the playground is located, while a lively path for children winds through the grove that draws the border. The interior of the refuge is made of wood, a treasure chest of treasures and memories of the past. The warmth is not only in the furnishings and the atmosphere that you breathe as soon as you walk through the door, but also in the warm welcome of Mattia, Mama Paola and the young and close-knit staff.

The cuisine is an authentic ode to the flavours, the typical and genuine ones that enhance the Ladin, South Tyrolean and Trentino traditions. A well-balanced mix where the queen is the polenta that can be found in every dish. You will have to come back several times to taste everything, also because the menu varies according to the seasonality and creative flair of the chef.
