The cult ingredient here is beer. From "Rampeèr" in Campitello, the first craft beer in the Fassa Valley has been produced since autumn 2020, thanks to the passion of the owner Daniel Riz.
In this place (annexed to the Hotel Alpi and inaugurated at the end of 2019), characterized by a contemporary mountain decor, you feel right at home with beer because the copper-clad system of the "cooked room" is visible. In this particular environment, you can taste both local dishes interpreted with wisdom and Italian cuisine. The interesting menu proposals, of course, go well with beer, produced with Val Duron water. The tavern-restaurant, in addition to the "home made" one, offers other mountain craft beers, but also cocktails, wines and spirits.
