Managed with passion by Nicola and Anna, the restaurant welcomes its guests in an enchanting mountain chalet, built with natural stone and wood, in the heart of the small village of Mazzin. Here, the gaze is lost on the majestic walls of Val Udai, Pordoi and the imposing Cima Eleven and Cima Twelve. In the kitchen, the watchword is tradition. Each dish tells of Trentino and Ladin roots, with special attention to local products, selected to ensure authenticity and quality. The highlight of the menu is Nico's famous pizza: prepared with fine flours, naturally leavened and cooked in a wood-fired oven, as per ancient tradition. Lightweight, crunchy and full of flavour, it is also available in a gluten-free version or served on a cutting board.
