Boninsegna is a bakery with a pastry shop in Val di Fassa with five points of sale: a certainty in the artisanal production of bread and bakery products.
The historical family business boasts a consolidated experience and a deep passion in the preparation of delicious specialties, both sweet and savoury. The owners, Maurizio and Alberta, followed by their daughters and their husbands, take you by the throat with genuine and delicious products, with the flavour of yesteryear, prepared with artisanal processing techniques. They let them rise as long as necessary so as to bake, night after night, fresh and easily digestible foods. In the shops of Moena, Soraga, Vigo, Campitello and Canazei you can enjoy bread (prepared with selected durum wheat flours, Kamut or cereals such as rye, barley, oats, spelt, corn), focaccia, pizza, krapfen, croissants, strudel, braids, tarts, biscuits, zelten, but also excellent fresh pastries based on fruit and creams.
In addition, for your special events, you can order classic cakes or compositions with cake design elements that combine taste with an original and personalized aesthetic appearance, in step with the latest trends. Chocolate gourmands also find a very well-stocked Lindt corner.
