The art of charcuterie has always flowed into the hands of the Carpano family. The butcher shop has a long tradition and has its roots in Pozza, where it was started by grandfather Angelo. Later, the business was taken over by his nephews Alessandro and Andrea, who, by making the most of the experience and training gained in the sector, enriched and expanded the production. Today the company has two points of sale in Val di Fassa: in addition to the center of Pozza, at the entrance of Moena there is the dairy with an adjoining shop where you can buy cheese (fresh and aged), milk, butter and yogurt. The processing was transferred to the Falcade plant, beyond the San Pellegrino Pass. The products can also be ordered online, so you can conveniently receive at home - with special packaging that keeps the temperature low - cold cuts of all kinds, fresh meats, game specialties, cheeses, dairy products and ready-made dishes such as canederli, spätzle, sauerkraut, goulash, shin, ribs, cotechino and English roast beef. They are all delicious proposals prepared according to the recipes of the past with zero-kilometre raw materials.
