El Resolè

The owners Giuseppe and Federico, together with the staff, strictly in traditional clothes, welcome you to El Resolè, in the charming hamlet of Alba, just a few minutes from Canazei.

Before you sit down at the table, as long as you have booked, you absolutely must take a tour of the restaurant. The environment, in fact, is particularly well-kept, the original old wooden furniture tells the story of the valley and the rooms are characterised by shades and an impeccable Tyrolean style. Respect for traditions, the wise use of raw materials and genuine ingredients, as local as possible, are the founding values of the family business. The particularly welcoming and professional staff will gladly guide you on this gastronomic journey that ranges from à la carte menus to fabulous pizzas cooked in the wood-fired oven. What to order? For starters, the South Tyrolean beef tartare; the first courses include soups, canederli, spätzle, schutzkrapfen, homemade pasta; the second are a lust for the taste buds with goulash, deer morsels, cuberoll steak, Bbq currants, baked shank, hamburgers and grilled meat (for dinner only). Do you prefer pizza? The choice is between classics, vegetarians, buffalo mozzarella, specials and whites. A special menu is reserved for children. Leave a place for apple strudel and Kaiserschmarren.

Looking for something special? You can reserve the outdoor wooden house, the grill house, to cook your grill around the fireplace (reservations for a minimum of 6 people within the previous day).
