Belebon is a very special and characteristic shop in Canazei, where, in a space of just a few square metres, you can discover and appreciate an incredible concentration of handicrafts and typical local products.
It was born from the union of two companies, that of Sara and Fabio, owners of the company "N 'Outa" - from Ladin "once upon a time", engaged in the production of cereals and plants typical of the territory, and that of David - originally from Canazei - and Flavio, owners of "Utol", an activity that deals with the processing of clay. The craftsmanship of expert craftsmen and the love for Fassan traditions are the ingredients that these guys decided to blend for the creation of "Belebon".
In the store, recently built, you can find all their specialties: ancient roasted barley, varieties of rye, wheat, buckwheat, pine syrups, mulberry and dandelion pine, biscuits and homemade liqueurs. And what about the ceramic product line? Plates, mugs, cups, glasses, vases, teapots, decanters, bowls: each piece is unique and handmade in the workshop in Rome (Pigneto), with decorations that recall the local identity and Alpine traditions.
