The ice cream bar, inside the Garnì Aurora, dominates the town of Soraga from its location.

Artisanal, with a classic setting and stored in the wells, it enhances the flavour of the main ingredients using only the highest quality raw materials and as much as possible from the place: fresh milk and cream from the Agritur Agua Biencia di Pera (the Alp-Latte), eggs from hens raised outdoors, seasonal fruit from organic farming. In addition to ice cream, you can stop for a rich breakfast, a snack or a quick lunch break with fresh salads from the garden and hot sandwiches that make your mouth water.
