At 2060 metres, surrounded by meadows and woods of Ciampedìe, stands this characteristic family-run retreat.
The sunny terrace of Baita Prà Martin offers an exceptional view of all the peaks of Catinaccio, so close that you can almost touch them. The wooden and stone chalet overlooks the Ciampedìe plateau, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Fassa Valley: in winter it is at the centre of the ski slopes, while in summer you can reach it by chairlift or on foot. The climb is rewarded by the spectacle of nature and an area where children can play outdoors, identifying with Heidi and Peter. In the two rustic-style rooms and in the more modern one, you can enjoy traditional Trentino and Italian cuisine, where dumplings (even gluten-free and in the sweet version), gnocchi, tagliatelle, sausages, bread, focaccia and cakes are homemade. Above all, the ribs of baked pork with sautéed potatoes and cabbage salad triumph.
Don't miss the events organized throughout the year to admire the sunrise or sunset in a fairy-tale setting!
Small pets are allowed inside the restaurant, while large dogs are also welcome on the outdoor terrace.
