A typical mountain hut, in winter on the ski slopes of San Pellegrino and in summer on flowering meadows, it offers particularly tasty hospitality.
The traditional decor of the different areas of the restaurant arranged on two floors, including the typical "Ciamberlain" room with open kitchen and the panoramic attic with the ole stove, makes the consumption of traditional local dishes pleasant, with which you can eat after several slaloms on the snow or a hike in the Dolomites. In addition to Ladin recipes, the proposals range from Italian cuisine in its most diverse forms, including vegetarian and celiac cuisine, to grilled meat, to a delicious pizza. Pasta, bread and desserts are also homemade and can be enjoyed on the large terrace of the Baita Paradiso.
