La Baita La Zondra is a real mountain chalet in stone and wood, on two floors, small and cozy. The friendliness and friendliness of the owner Francesca and the staff accompany the flavours of good Ladin cuisine with simple, genuine products of local or Trentino production. You arrive as guests and leave with friends. The chopping boards of cured meats from Masc Aloch in Pozza and the Pellegrin Butcher's in Vigo open the table; among the first dishes, the appetite is whetted by "ciajoncie da vert o da fighi" (crescents filled with spinach or dried figs), buckwheat spätzle with cherries and crispy speck, polenta gnocchetti or canederli pocker. For the latter, the most popular are the "Piat Zondra" (polenta, sausage, melted cheese), the "Piat Ciampedìe" (polenta, baked pork shank with Chardonnay) and the deer fillet with Teroldego reduction. Finally, the legendary "fortaes" and apple pancakes. The outdoor panoramic terraces and deckchairs invite you to extend your stay in the magical kingdom of King Laurino.
