Surrounded by meadows and woods, far from pollution and noise, but easily accessible, the Agritur Soreie, which in Ladin means "sun", is strategic for the Catinaccio, Buffaure and Alpe Lusia ski lifts. Here, Sebastian Ghetta's family has chosen to live in harmony with nature, accepting and adapting to its rhythms. In a place where everything - land, plants, animals and man - are part of a single ecosystem and live in balance and collaboration, there is peace. All the gardens are biodynamic, vegetables, small fruits and cereals grow in the open field according to rotation and the soil is fertilised only with compost manure. The animals of the stable, goats and sheep, graze freely in the highest meadows that they reach twice a day with the shepherd. From their milk, Laura and Sebastian make cheeses and yoghurts, which along with jams, fruit and vegetables, they also sell at retail. After a night immersed in the pine tree, is there anything better than authentic and genuine mountain products for a healthy and regenerating breakfast?
