This hike is an alternative to the classic high-altitude walk, discovering Fuciade basin from another point of view and descending into Val Fredda (Falcade), less known but equally fascinating and interesting from a geological perspective. The only huts/refreshment points along the route are: Fuciade hut, Flora Alpina hut, Malga Boer hut. Horse-drawn carriage service from the pass to Fuciade hut, for a fee. Presence of free grazing animals. San Pellegrino waterfalls are also worth visiting and can be reached on foot following the path passing behind Malga Boer hut.
