"L'ega te cuna", which means "water in the cradle" in Ladin, is an educational trail in 13 stages in the Penìa forest that tells the story of the water cycle, the generator of all forms of life, and its legends. Possible transport by road train from Canazei to Penìa (for a fee, service only in summer). No refreshment points along the route.
