Sounds of the Dolomites: walking through nature, history and music
Immerse yourself in the colours and calm of autumn with a truly unique walk! Start from the Ladin Museum of Fassa for a thematic walk in the company of the musicians of the Vigo brass band, who will tell you about local history and traditions. After a night at the Gardeccia Refuge, reach Roda de Vael to attend the concert of the Gurdjieff Ensemble: twelve extraordinary musicians directed by Lebanese Levon Eskenian, whose melodies are timeless poems, blending recollection, devotion and love for life. An unforgettable two-day experience in the heart of the Catinaccio, between nature and music!

Tuesday 17 September:
- arrival and accommodation in the booked facility
Wednesday 18 September:
- meeting at the Ladin Museum of Fassa and guided visit
- transfer on foot and start of the walk "Il sentiero della musica - L Troi de la Musega da Vich" in the company of some musicians of the Vigo music band
- arrival at the sanctuary of Santa Giuliana, packed lunch from the "L Malgher" gastronomy
- departure for Malga Vael (dairy), arrival and snack accompanied by the concert of the "Böhmnische da Vich" (reduced formation of the Vigo music band)
- departure for the Gardeccia Refuge, dinner and overnight stay
Thursday 19 September:
- breakfast and departure for the Roda di Vael Refuge
- lunch at the refuge or packed lunch (to be paid for by participants)
- participation in the concert of the Gurdjieff Ensemble at 2 p.m.
- free return to the facility and departure
Note: sportswear and hiking shoes are recommended; in case of bad weather the programme may be subject to change. Depending on the group, the guide will assess the best itinerary to follow.
