The panorama that can be admired from Le Cune reveals, from every cardinal point, an unexpected sequence of peaks.
It is a window on the Val di Fassa: the view is captured by the chain of Bocche and Lagorai, the groups of Catinaccio-Rosengarten (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Monsoons and the Pale di San Martino. Vaguely, the Alpe Lusia recalls a Nordic landscape, where dense larch and fir forests that cover the rocky slopes of the mountains (we are on the border with the forests of the Paneveggio Park), give way to wide and sunny clearings. In winter, the Moena/Bellamonte area is synonymous with skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing. In summer, on the other hand, it is a true natural oasis that enchants hikers, bikers and families with children, thanks to the presence of themed trails, playgrounds, shelters and mountain huts.
