Morning discovering Eco-Green Fiores, the farmhouse in Vigo specialising in the organic cultivation of flowers and medicinal plants, with a guided tour of the fields, a hands-on activity and a souvenir to take home
Programme: together with Nadia, you’ll spend a morning discovering the properties of the mountain herbs and flowers she grows with love: first of all, guided outdoors visit in Agritur Fiores’ fields, where you’ll get your fill of herbs’ smells, then you’ll roll up your sleeves and create with your own hands a salt flavoured with herbs, which will give your recipes a whole new flavour… see for yourself! To end, tasting of fresh syrups and of other products of the farmhouse. To remember this experience, you’ll get to bring home the small jar of salt, to flavour your courses and bring a bit of Val di Fassa’s taste to your table.
Price: € 18 adults; € 12 children from 8 to 14 years. With Val di Fassa Guest Card € 15 adults; € 10 children from 8 to 14 years. Mandatory phone reservation or directly at the farmhouse within 6 p.m. of the previous day.
Meeting point: at 10.30 a.m. by Eco-Green Agritur Fiores (Strada de Pala Verda, 5) in Vigo. The farmhouse can be reached by car or on foot from the village. Duration of activity: approx. 2 hours.
In case of lacking the minimum number of participants, the activity will be cancelled.
