The "Dekru" quartet, born in Kiev in 2010, is known for its sophisticated aesthetic, elegance, professionalism and subtle sense of humour. This show, with its fluid and simple body language, without stage elements, has rewritten the international canons of mime, bringing to the stage a journey into the adventure of life, between poetry and comedy. The actors first recreate a marine context, inhabited by imaginative fish and plants, then sports of all kinds and, finally, a love story between two living statues. Of great impact is the performance inspired by the circus world: as if by magic, lions, acrobats on a trapeze and jugglers appear before the eyes. Even the quartet was chosen to perform during Pope Francis' Audience on the occasion of the Jubilee of Performing Arts and as the star of the Gran Galà du Cirque, which brings together the world's best circus performers.
At 9 p.m. at the "Ischia" events pavilion, nearby the station of the cable car "Col Rodella". Free entry.
