The folk group "Uniun Bal Popolar Val Badia" performs typical choreographies of the Ladin and South Tyrolean traditions, accompanied by the cheerful notes of the accordion
The folk group from Val Badia was founded in 1985 to revive local traditions through couple dancing. Led for over ten years by President Günther Declara, the dancers practise weekly from April to November in the Association House in Badia, perfecting familiar choreographies and learning new ones. The harmonious steps, exquisite costumes and the pressing music of accordion, sometimes even guitar, provide an authentic journey into Ladin culture.
At 9.15 p.m. in the multi-purpose hall of the "La Gran Ciasa" community building in Soraga. Admission free.
