Panoramic and tasty guided hike from Buffaure in Val San Nicolò
Programme: together with a mid-mountain guide, we ascend by lifts to "Col de Valvacin" (2,354 metres), an exceptional vantage point with views of Marmolada, Sassolungo, Sassopiatto, Catinaccio and Sella. Contemplation of the Dolomite peaks is accompanied by a typical Ladin snack. Afterwards we return to Baita Cuz and continue through the forest towards Val San Nicolò. Return independently to Pozza on foot or by shuttle service at a cost of €10.
Time and meeting point: every Friday at 9.30 am at the "Buffaure" gondola valley station. Excursion for children of at least 8 years of age. Difficulty level: medium. Sports clothing (in layers) and hiking shoes are required. The height difference in descent is 500 metres. Return at approximately 4.30 p.m.
Activity cost: 10 € per person. Lift ticket and packed lunch paid for by participants. Panorama Pass valid for the gondola and chairlift. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather with refund of the fee paid. Compulsory online registration by 6 p.m. on the previous day.
