Wonderful single house in the panoramic and sunny area of "Pera alta", is composed of only 4 apartments. It is only 15-20 minutes walk from the center, and the first supermarket is 500 meters away. At 500 meters there is the new chair lift to ski on the slopes of the Catinaccio / Ciampediè ski area in winter and in summer it is also the starting point of the shuttle bus to Gardeccia, for summer trips. Equipped with garage, outdoor parking, free ski / bicycle storage. All apartments have free WI-FI access and flat-screen TV with satellite TV for some foreign channels. IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHARGE ELECTRIC BICYCLES IN THE APARTMENTS/COVERED PARKING SPACE/BIKE STORAGE DEPOSITS. THERE ARE SPECIAL SPACES IN TOWN. In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies.
