Attic on the third floor, the flat consists of a kitchenette, living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub (not shower), storage room and pantry.

Two parking spaces are reserved in the communal garden.

It is equipped with many accessories: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven and hob with electric hotplates.

Cots and baby equipment are available free of charge.

Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen can be hired on request and for a fee.
