In Pera di Fassa, Casa El Tobià enjoys a privileged position, directly on the cycle route and promenade of the Fassa Valley, it is 250 meters from the supermarket and 10 minutes walk from the city center of Pozza di Fassa. In all the houses it is forbidden to wax the skies. IMPORTANT: barbecue in the apartments and also in the garden are forbidden. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHARGE ELECTRIC BICYCLES IN THE APARTMENTS/COVERED PARKING SPACE/BIKE STORAGE DEPOSITS. THERE ARE SPECIAL SPACES IN TOWN.
For the winter is in front the ski bus stop and the cross-country track.
All 10 apartments are equipped with washing machine, microwave and kettle, free WI-FI access, flat-screen TV with satellite TV for some foreign channels. Some apartments are also equipped with a dishwasher.
