With reference to the Legislative Decree no. 40 of 28 February 2021, from 1 January 2022 those who practice hiking activities, even with snowshoes (snowshoes), where, due to snow and weather conditions, there is a risk of avalanches, MUST BE EQUIPPED with appropriate electronic signalling and search systems (snow shovel and probe) to guarantee a suitable rescue intervention.
