Since 1998, the Baita dello Speck has been offering customers the best of typical Trentino Alto Adige food and wine.
The house's specialty is famously handcrafted speck. It is prepared by a trusted butcher, active since 1901, which, even today, follows an ancient recipe, handed down from father to son, so as to give the product a very special flavour. Speck is unique for its fat to meat ratio, spice blend and slow curing. An essential process because it gives the food the right texture and unmistakable aroma: two authentic synonyms of quality. In the shops of Campitello and Canazei, you can shop with a wicker basket, just like at the market. The wooden shelves and furnishings include cured meats and sausages, cheeses, beers, wines, grappa, honey, sweets, herbal teas, jams, polenta flour, mushrooms and much more. Thanks to the e-shop, you can order and receive directly at home all the products to enrich your table with the authentic flavours of Trentino and Tyrolean tradition.
