The history of the Carpano di Pozza family began in 1952 with a small village butcher shop. The activity gradually increases: in 2004 the salami factory in Falcade was inaugurated, thus expanding production, in 2012 the dairy opened in Moena and in 2023 another dream finally became a reality with the ribbon cutting for the Osteria in San Giovanni. The specialties of the house? Obviously the meat and cured meats of our own production! Those who already know the products, purchased downstream or online, know well that quality, selection, respect for raw materials and accurate preparations are the values on which the company is based. The restaurant is modern, elegant and bright with an architectural style that blends well with the surrounding landscape. The particularity is the self hi-tech management: orders directly via tablet and once ready, collect everything at the counter. The waiters think about the drinks and, of course, they are always available for assistance and doubts about the different cooking. Wide choice of beers and wines, while soft drinks on tap are in "refill" formula. What do you eat? First courses, main courses, desserts or sandwiches for a quick break. Reservations are not accepted, but the restaurant is large and the service very fast, so the wait is also short. Next to the exit there is a shopping corner, so as to bring home a delicious memory of the valley.
