Welcome to our family-run restaurant-pizzeria in the centre of the village of Vigo di Fassa, one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
The restaurant is located in an old renovated farmhouse. The vaulted rooms, made from the family stables, are furnished in mountain style with wood and exposed stones. In summer you can sit on the terrace, always sun-kissed. The menu is simple, genuine and typical with proposals ranging from the classic polenta with sausage, goulash and melted cheese to the tasty dish of eggs, speck and potatoes, from the tasty salted meat to the succulent cut of grilled beef, to the fillet of salmon trout. The first courses, such as canederli and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, are a tribute to the South Tyrolean tradition, in which we use the products of the valley as much as possible. We pay special attention to children, who always rise from the table satisfied and smiling. There are also appetizing appetizers based on local cheeses and cured meats and, at the end, delicious homemade desserts. If, on the other hand, you prefer pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, we offer you the classic one with fresh, where possible, and abundant ingredients. The "Pizzainforma" is light and digestible as it is prepared with organic kamut, soy and spelt flours. All we have to do is wish you a good appetite!
