From San Pellegrino Pass to the Fuciade basin, a spectacular limestone amphitheatre dominated by majestic peaks (known in Ladin as "l'Om", "Jigolé", "Sas de Valfreida"). It is a heavenly place, dotted with barns, mostly rebuilt after the First World War. As well as on foot, it is possible to reach Fuciade Rifugio by snowmobile, snowcat (paid service provided directly from the refuge - Phone +39 0462 5742819) and horse-drawn sleigh (paid service provided by Michele Defrancesco - Phone +39 346 2156047). Pay attention to the transit of these vehicles, sledges and the presence of ski mountaineers.
