Easy walk around Soraga with a hiking guide, an experience combining nature and culture to discover traditions, curiosities, history and the beauty of the area
Programme: a morning with a hiking guide to explore the most scenic views and panoramic spots of Soraga, one of the most ancient villages in Val di Fassa. Starting from the picturesque centre, we will reach some nice corners that hold the stories of an agricultural and artistic past, particularly bond to the wood processing. After reaching "Sester", one of the seven hamlets of Soraga, we pass the atelier of the sculptor Zulian, also known for his "Bergland Nativity". During the walk, our cicerone will reveal the secrets and anecdotes of the village, from the municipal coat of arms to the boundary stones dating back to the 1500s, from the curious nicknames of its inhabitants to the pearl of Fuciade.
Route difficulty: medium-easy; suitable for families (including pushchairs), friends, and even those with dogs.
