Concert in "Free Folk Jazz" style by the group from Belluno that will warm up the festively decorated square in Canazei
Ettore Masin (baritone flugelhorn, sax, bagpipes, alphorn), Mario Cavacece (trumpet, ciaramella), Claudio Dalla Riva (accordion, vocals), Alessandro Zaniolo (percussion, drums), Sandro Cioffi (trumpet, baritone flugelhorn): these are the members of the "Gnuco Alpen Sgnapa Band". The group is well known in the valleys of the Veneto and Trentino, as they take part in village festivals and street festivals, wearing a different costume for each occasion. The repertoire proposed is "Free Folk Jazz", a term coined by the band to indicate the mix of styles and musical genres performed during concerts. In fact, they range from Tyrolean and medieval sonatas to cheerful folk compositions, from traditional Christmas melodies to pieces of Italian pop music.
Free of charge event. There will be a refreshment point with hot drinks.
