Facial gymnastics: a class to improve the face with facial manipulation
Inspired by the Asanas of traditional yoga, this holistic discipline improves the appearance of wrinkles, imparting radiance and restoring skin tone. The meeting led by Elisa Penna includes an introduction of yoga practice and then focuses on the face with various toning exercises such as firming and lymphatic drainage massages, acupressure and relaxation techniques for facial muscles. At the end of the activity, the face looks brighter and there is a complete sense of well-being.
